Spartibet is operated by Fortuna Games N.V., a Curaçao company (registration no. 162413) that holds a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/112/0974. However, the casino’s site doesn’t state this information in the footer of its homepage, which it should do for player reassurance. I checked the regulator’s online gaming licence registry, which lists this B2C licence as issued on 24 December 2025 with no expiry date.
The same company runs several sister brands, so this isn’t a one-off operation. New Zealand doesn’t license offshore casinos, which is why the regulator matters; our guide to gambling licences explains what each one means for you.

The welcome pack looks generous, but the 40x wagering in just 10 days is a tough ask for casual players. For me, the real value is the daily cashback in real money, which is rarer than it should be. There’s no no deposit bonus at Spartibet or wager free spins offers.
