Inspired Entertainment’s President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), Brooks H. Pierce, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The decision was taken after Inspired Entertainment promoted former CEO, A. Lorne Weil, to the Supplier’s Board Executive Chair.
Besides his responsibilities as CEO, Pierce, who has 25 years of experience in the gaming industry, will continue to serve as COO. This means that he will also be responsible for the strategy of the company.
In comments following Pierce’s and Weil’s promotions, Inspired said that these took place as part of its plans for more streamlining within the company, as well as further changes in the Executive Chair’s office.
