888’s Chief Transformation Officer resigns after 9 months

Naama Kushnir has stepped down as 888 Holding’s Chief Transformation Officer, after just 9 months.

Following her resignation, 888’s former Chief Transformation Officer has decided to become an independent consultant.

Joining the company in November 2007 as part of 888’s Human Resources (HR) team, Kushnir spent more than 15 years there.

Almost five years later, in September 2012, she was appointed Vice-President of HR.

In September 2016, Kushnir was promoted to Head of HR. Nearly three years later (March 2019), she became 888’s Chief Operations Officer.

Naama Kushnir was then appointed 888’s Chief Transformation Officer in April 2022 following 888’s decision to form an Executive team after the company purchased William Hill International.

With her resignation, Kushnir became the first member of 888’s newly-formed Executive team to step down.

Commenting on her decision to leave her role at 888, Kushnir said that after 15 years she felt it was time to move onto a new experience.
