Light & Wonder, one of the top casino game providers in the NZ market, has agreed a partnership with Grand Casino Luzern.
Following the deal, Light & Wonder will be able to launch its OpenGaming aggregation platform in Switzerland, thanks to Grand Casino Luzern.
Through this deal, mycasino, the iGaming brand belonging to Grand Casino Luzern, will be able to showcase Light & Wonder’s games, including 300 Shields Mighty Ways.
The Swiss casino’s brand will also offer Light & Wonder’s exclusive content.
In comments made following the announcement, Light & Wonder’s Managing Director for Europe, Magdalena Podhorska-Okolow noted that the Swiss regulated online market has been doing well lately.
Podhorska-Okolow added that Light & Wonder is extremely happy to enter this market with Grand Casino Luzern, a brand she described as being strong, and with a player base “that appreciate content with land-based roots.”
Light & Wonder’s Managing Director for Europe concluded by stating that the provider will be launching its aggregation platform containing a vast array of gaming material which can be accessed by Grand Casino Luzern’s players.
Meanwhile, Wolfgang Bliem (Grand Casino Luzern CEO) explained that the casino’s goal is to make sure players are provided with the widest casino game range, including innovative games.
Bliem also emphasised that the partnership with Light & Wonder and accessing popular casino game titles will allow the casino to supply the best games in the Swiss market.
In his comments, Grand Casino Luzern’s CEO further explained that as Light & Wonder is being brought to the Swiss online market for the first time, the casino is looking forward to introducing the provider’s games on mycasino.
This is not the first time Grand Casino Luzern has introduced one of New Zealand’s top providers to the Swiss market.
Last December, Pragmatic Play expanded into the Swiss market after signing a deal with the casino.
Similarly to the deal with Light & Wonder, that deal provided the casino with a library of well-known pokies which include Day of Dead, Elemental Gems Megaways, Might of Ra, and Queenie.
